His plate appears to be overflowing with work in addition to planning a wedding.

And Tarek El Moussa made sure to spend some quality time with fiance Heather Rae Young as they stepped out for frozen yogurt in Newport Beach on Sunday afternoon.

The 40-year-old real estate investor sported a graphic T-shirt with sweats while picking up a sweet treat with his daughter, Taylor, after it was revealed he banned the Flip or Flop production crew from working on his new spin-off following the leak of an explosive argument with ex-wife Christina Haack.

Tarek opted for a simple grey T-shirt with 'more music, less hate' scrawled across the front in black block lettering.

He paired black sweats with a pair of matching flip flops, and wore his signature trucker hat with sunglasses resting on the brim.

Heather was equally as casually clad wearing white sweatpants with a matching T-shirt tucked into a drawstring waistband.

Tarek demanded that no one who works on Flip Or Flop be allowed to work on his solo series Flipping 101, TMZ reported on Sunday.

According to sources with the production, he's convinced that someone on set leaked information about his insulting tirade against Christina Haack, 38, in July.

During that argument, he reportedly berated his co-host and ex-wife in front of workers on set, allegedly branding Christina 'crazy' and declared that he was 'winning.'

Although he doesn't appear to have any crew member in mind, he seems to have tried to kick anyone who works on his primary show off of the spin-off in hopes of cutting down on gossip.

According to the sources, the production company 'shifted some workers around,' though it's unclear if they were merely reassigned or if anyone lost out on a job because of El Moussa's suspicions.

The same company that produces his main series Flip Or Flop and his spin-off also produces Christina's solo series, Christina On The Coast.

A source close to El Moussa disputed the contention that he was trying to get rid of whoever spoke out about his outburst and instead claimed he just wanted a crew that were looking forward to working with him and his fiancée Heather Rae Young, 33.

Blackballed: Tarek El Moussa, 40, ordered his production company to remove all Flip Or Flop crew from his spin-off because he believed one of them leaked his explosive tirade with Christina Haack, TMZ reported on Sunday; El Moussa and Haack seen in 2017

On their team: Sources close to Tarek disputed the characterization and said he just wanted crew members who were excited for him and fiancée Heather Rae Young and wouldn't leak their wedding plans

They did admit he worried about leaks, but they claimed he was more concerned about someone sharing the plans for his upcoming wedding to the Selling Sunset star.

El Moussa found himself in the spotlight last month after he allegedly launched a nasty verbal tirade at Haack while the two were on the set of Flip or Flop.

The exes, who share a daughter Taylor, 10, and a son Brayden, five, shot to fame as a power couple on the HGTV home renovation scene and still work together on their show despite officially splitting five years ago.

He is also said to have compared her to his current fiancée with Christina, calling Heather 'richer and hotter' than Christina, TMZ reported at the time.

Turning nasty: El Moussa allegedly launched a verbal tirade at his ex wife Christina Haack while on the set of their show Flip or Flop in July, TMZ reported at the time

The insider claimed that Tarek called Christina a 'washed up loser', said that he 'made' her and that he 'enjoyed' watching her 'fail.'

He allegedly also said: 'Look at me, look at me, look at me. It's called winning. The world knows you're crazy!'

El Moussa is said to have lost his temper when Haack communicated to him that she and the crew were ready to start shooting.

He was also allegedly unhappy about her recent public admission that she smoked toad venom — a psychedelic that she claimed helped with her anxiety — before she met her current boyfriend Josh Hall.

TMZ reported that the alleged tirade was not the first verbal showdown between the pair on set.

The couple married in 2009 but split in 2016. They were officially divorced in 2018.

El Moussa met his new partner Heather at a July 4 party in 2019 and they got engaged one year later.

Haack went on to marry Ant Anstead in 2018 and welcomed son Hudson London in September 2019. They split the following year and their divorce was finalized in June. She has been dating Josh Hall for several months and they recently enjoyed a trip to Tulum.

New romance: Tarek, pictured July 8, 2021 with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, allegedly told his ex that his new fiancé is 'hotter' and richer' than she is

During their seven-year marriage, El Moussa and Haack endured many hardships including his stage 2 thyroid/testicular cancer, her fertility issues, and an ominous 2016 'suicidal' incident involving police.

Police were called to their marital home in May 2016 after law enforcement responded to a call for a possible suicidal male with a gun. Police officers showed up with 11 deputies and even a helicopter.

Witnesses told law enforcement at the time that they saw Tarek run out of his house with a gun and went down a hiking trial nearby. Christina was seen running out of the home and was visibly upset.

Police eventually caught up to Tarek on the trail and he dropped his weapon when cops demanded. They went on to seize five guns he had in the home but no arrests were made.

Days before filing divorce papers, an insider claimed Tarek had become suspicious about his wife's correspondence with their then-contractor Gary Anderson.

The source claimed that this led to the incident where police were called to the home after allegedly receiving reports that Tarek had armed himself and was suicidal.

Smoking toad and finding love: Earlier this month, Christina shared a candid Instagram post about her life-changing experience with psychedelics and finding love again with her new man Josh Hall

He voluntarily relinquished all firearms for safekeeping for thirty days.

Tarek has insisted he has remained amicable with his ex so that they could continue to host their hit show, but the father-of-two has taken public swipes at Christina.

Soon after their split, the house flipper-reality star posted a selfie from their children's school during open house.

'Single #dadlife Kid's open house... mom's [thinking face emoji],' he captioned it, clearly suggesting the mother-of-two should have been there, but wasn't.

Last week, Tarek revealed that he met Christina's current boyfriend Josh during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

'A few times,' El Moussa's fiancee Heather chimed in while standing by his side at the kick-off event for the JBL True Summer Campaign, before sharing that Hall 'seems like' a good guy.

'Don't really know him, but I sure hope so,' the Flip or Flop star added.

Her other ex: Christina with Ant Anstead in 2019 - the pair split in December 2020 and he is now dating Renee Zellweger

Christina took to social media that same day to clarify she met Josh in the spring of 2021, and that she wanted to keep their relationship private 'before the tornado (media attention) hit.'

In her lengthy Instagram post, Christina appeared to defend the new relationship from the haters social media, being that it comes less than a year from her split from former spouse Ant Anstead.

'I met Josh when I wasn't in a state of fear or fight-or-flight … I had taken time off social, hired a spiritual coach and smoked a Bufo toad (which basically reset my brain and kicked out years of anxiety in 15 mins),' she wrote alongside a picture of the couple enjoying an ocean view.

The toxin from the 'Bufo toad,' commonly known as Colorado river toad or the Sonoran desert toad, secretes a powerful venom which can be harvested and smoked to achieve a high.

'I may be a bit crazy and I'm definitely not perfect but I will never live my life based on other peoples judgments or opinions. We pride ourselves on never judging others and always wanting others to be happy and we wish others would have the same respect,' Haack shared.

Transitions: Christina shared a snap of herself with her three children over the weekend while in the midst of moving out of her Newport Beach home after splitting with Ant

The Anaheim, California native ended the post by taking a shot at those haters, writing, 'So yes "another relationship" and guess what. I'm 38 -I'll do what I want.'

She tied the knot with Ant on Dec. 22, 2018, and welcomed their son Hudson in September 2019.

Their union would be short-lived as they announced their split in September 2020 and their divorce was finalized this past June.

Around the same time, it was publicly revealed that Anstead is now dating Oscar-winning actress Renée Zellweger.

The reality star also has a daughter Amelie, 17, and another son Archie, 14, from his marriage with his first wife, Louise Anstead, whom he divorced in 2017.
