Rough miss by Harrison Butker, one of the most accurate kickers in the NFL. Chiefs will at least get the ball coming out of halftime, though, so they have a chance to get back into the lead after the break.

The big play to Hill got the Chiefs where they wanted to go, and now they should at least get to attempt a field goal before halftime.

Pinned

Tyreek Hill, though, can do just that.

The Chiefs still have three timeouts, so they have plenty of time to get into range for a field goal here. Not sure why Levi Wallace felt the need to hold Demarcus Robinson, who is probably not going to make a big play down the field.

All-out blitz from the Chiefs. Allen sees it coming and flips it up to Gabriel Davis to tie this game up. Awesome drive.

Josh Allen is the Bills' running back.

Pinned

Nice job by Cole Beasley to hang onto that pass. Allen really flung it in there. Third-and-2 here is huge.

Pinned

That was an absolute LASER from Josh Allen. Holy cow.

What a play. Mahomes escaped from pressure, had more pressure in his face right away, lofted it up for Pringle, who made a fantastic play at the point of the catch.

Pinned

Bills finally get to Mahomes -- twice -- on this goal-to-go opportunity, but it looks like the second sack might come back.

RBs making big plays for the Chiefs now. CEH with a big run and a nice move on a short catch, then McKinnon runs over Dane Jackson to pick up a first down on a swing pass.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire with the best non-QB run of the game so far. Huge hole off the left side created by Joe Thuney and Orlando Brown.

Worth noting that the Bills punted on fourth-and-4 near midfield, and it took the Chiefs only three plays to get the ball back to the spot where it was if Buffalo has missed a fourth-down conversion.

Pinned

Tremaine Edmunds almost fell down tying to chase Travis Kelce over the middle of the field and Mahomes threw it right in behind him for a nice gain on first down.

Oof. Rough third-down play from the Bills. Tried to run a stretch play with Singletary to the left but it just got blown up in the backfield by Nick Bolton.

Honey Badger is OUT for the rest of the game with a concussion. DL Jarran Reed is now hurt as well.

Bills get a three-and-out after the fantastic punt by Matt Haack. After two terrific scoring drives to open the game, both teams see their second drives stall out.

VERY lucky break for the Bills right there. Both Melvin Ingram and Frank Clark broke through the line and got to Allen, knocking the ball out. But the ball bounced right back into Allen's ams.

That third-down play call looked like a triple-option. Allen could have handed it to Singletary, flipped it to Knox on the outside, or run the ball himself. Creative stuff.

If the Chiefs safeties bail backwards in coverage, Josh Allen is getting to his checkdown options very quickly. Allows for relatively easy completions and chances for YAC. Chiefs are doing a pretty good job of limiting YAC right now though.

Makes that four times, zero sacks, and a touchdown run. Wow.

Pinned

Mahomes is already doing fantastic work under pressure. The Bills have had three chances to sack him and come away with zero sacks. Big missed opportunities for Buffalo.

Bills played Cover-2 man on third down, so there was nobody to pick up Mahomes when he scrambled up the middle. All the help was deep. 35-yard gain. Huge play.

Pinned

Jerick McKinnon getting the start at RB for the Chiefs. His facility as a pass-catcher could make a difference this time around, especially considering how often the Bills play coverages designed to take away the deep ball. If the Bills don't get Mahomes on the ground, McKinnon is a good late-in-the-down option.

Tyrann Mathieu heading to the locker room is not a great sign for the Kansas City defense. Especially if their linebackers are going to be picked on in coverage, they need safety help in behind them. Daniel Sorenson would have to play more snaps if Mathieu is out, and we saw how that worked out in the first matchup between these teams.

Pinned

Chris Jones and Melvin Ingram seen chirping at each other after Chiefs surrender an opening-drive touchdown on defense. Bills had their way with the ball in their hands to open this one up.

Pinned

Great drive to start the game for the Bills, complete with two fourth-down conversions. Devin Singletary ends it with a score from 2 yards out. They had a similarly dominant drive to open the game back in Week 5.

Pinned

Looked like Allen made a bad call on that zone read. Nobody went with Isaiah McKenzie so that should have been a hand-off instead of a keeper.

Pinned

Devin Singletary making his presence felt early. Four touches, three of which picked up a first down. And Josh Allen is getting to his checkdowns very quickly.

Pinned

Buffalo was too conservative against the Chiefs in the AFC title game last year and it cost them. Not going that route this time around.
