Live updates: Tennessee's National Signing Day Central

National Signing Day for the 2022 class has arrived. Welcome to GoVols247's signing-day headquarters, your home for scheduled announcements and signings involving the Vols, complete lists of Tennessee's signees, commitments and early enrollees, updated team rankings and more.

Tennessee entered National Signing Day with the nation's No. 14 recruiting class and the No. 6 class in the SEC, according to the industry-generated 247Sports Composite team rankings for the 2022 class. The Vols started the day with 20 commitments, all of whom have already signed with Tennessee, and 13 of them already have arrived on campus as early enrollees.

The Vols also have one scholarship transfer addition — offensive lineman Gerald Mincey, a Florida transfer — who joined them last month as a mid-term enrollee.

Tennessee has been involved with only a few Class of 2022 prospects down the stretch, but the Vols still are expected to add at least one player to their class on National Signing Day.

Keep it on this page for the latest updates on announcements, signings, team rankings and GoVols247's complete coverage of all the developments throughout National Signing Day. Players can begin signing their binding National Letters of Intent beginning at 7 a.m. local time.

Tennessee recently added a commitment from Class of 2022 defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins of Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, N.J. The 6-foot-6, 260-pound Jenkins received a scholarship offer from the Vols less than a month ago and announced his commitment to them Saturday night during his official visit to Knoxville, choosing Tennessee over West Virginia. Jenkins is set to finalize his decision during a signing ceremony at his school that's scheduled to start at approximately 10:40 a.m. Eastern time.

Another of Tennessee's targets over the past few weeks, defensive lineman Ahmad Moten of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., took an official visit to Knoxville the weekend of Jan. 14 but isn't expected to sign with the Vols. Moten is planning to choose between Miami and Oklahoma at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time.

7 a.m. — National Signing Day is officially under way. Prospects in the Eastern time zone can begin submitting their signed National Letters of Intent.

10:19 a.m. Cornerback Shannon Blair of Knoxville’s West High School has announced that he has committed to Tennessee as a preferred walk-on. Blair, a three-star prospect, is a former Michigan State commitment who picked Tennessee over a scholarship offer from Charlotte.

11:15 a.m. — Defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins of Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, N.J., officially has signed with the Vols. The 6-foot-6, 260-pound Jenkins became Tennessee's 21st signee for the 2022 class. He plans to enroll at Tennessee after graduating in May.
